A short film looking at the immense infrastructure transition planned in Connecticut and potential for the ports of New London, CT to be revitalized into an energy hub of Northeast; now by the development offshore-wind technology. While FAST-41 and permitting legislation has opened the door for sustainable facilities, and a simple transition from Dominion's Millstone Power Plant production, however, existing corporations maintain a fair degree of autonomy in the industry.
